"I’m Bobbi Linkemer on behalf of expertvillage.com, and I’d like to invite you to visit my website at writeanonfictionbook.com. The other thing you have to conscious about is your style or voice. If somebody says to you, that was so well written, you can assume they didn’t get your message. They were conscious of the writing; they were not conscious of the content. You don’t want your writing to get in the way and you don’t develop that on your first page. You probably are going to write a lot that is awful before you figure out how you are on paper. Sometimes it takes years, let’s assume this is your first book and you don’t have years, the best advice I can give you is relax and be yourself. Be conversational; natural. When this is your first book, that’s pretty difficult to do. You’ll go back many times and fix it, and that’s ok."
