Video Transcript

" I’m Bobbi Linkemer on behalf of expertvillage.com, and I’d like to invite you to visit my website at writeanonfictionbook.com. Now, you’re sitting down to write and nothing happens. Never, ever…Do you hear me? Never, ever edit your own work. I find that if I just start, a lot of things will come out, and when I get to about page 2, I finally get to the point, which in journalistic terms is burying your lead. When you finally do get to the point and start writing something that’s all meaningful, you can delete the first 6 paragraphs because they were warm-ups. They got your fingers working; they got your brain working."
