    "I'd like to show you another variation of playing the E Blues rhythm and in this we're going to use what's called a rest. Meaning, where we're playing, we're going to play the E chord and stopping in between each measure that I'm playing. What I'm going to do here is go (demo) rest, (demo) then to A (demo), and then B (demo), back to A (demo), rest (demo). Basically, up to speed, what that sounds like is (demo). Rest. (demo) Rest. That's utilizing rests in a rhythm of E Blues. "
