Riff 3 for Playing Blues Guitar in E

"On this basic Blues rhythm guitar I'm going to show you the basic E progression which is E, A, and B. Basically, what that is called is a one, four, five progression. Basically, what it is is playing E and then your fourth note in the key of E which is A, and your fifth note which is B. I'm going to show you this right now and I'm just going to play it in measures of two. (audio demo) Then the B chord is the second fret and the fourth fret on the D string, which is B and F sharp. And what I'm going to do there is from F sharp go up to G sharp. (audio demo) Basically, what I just did there was went from E to A, B, A, and E. So one more time, I'm going to play that to tempo. (audio demo) And end back on your root note of E."
