Each corner fold towards the center, using the crease as a guide. Fold in half. And in quarters towards the outside. Open. Fold the quarter sections upward. And pull the corner, like so, following along the crease lines. Do the same. And fold inward. At this point, touch the center. And that’s the last step in the origami square box."

on 8/2/2008 I have been making this box for many years - slightly different method - but you get there in the end! So simple. Making a smaller or larger one will make a lid.

on 8/2/2008 You don't explain it very well at all, you need to take time to stop and show people how to do each step, instead of just saying "like so" you do not act like a true expert, sorry to say.
