In these videos, you will get an introduction to the art of origami. Origami, a form of visual representation defined by the folding of paper, originated in Japan in the 1600s. Since then, this ancient art has become a popular hobby for many around the globe. In these videos, our expert will demonstrate several different objects that you can make with origami. You will learn how to make an origami bird, an origami boat, an origami whale, an origami table, and origami, swan, and many others. Origami has been popular in the United States and England since the early 1900s, but did you know that the first published origami book, Hiden Senbazuru Orikata (which translated to English means “Secret of 1,000 Cranes Origami”), was published in 1797? Origami has always been regarded as a complicated and delicate art form, but our expert will teach you step-by-step how to fold origami in such a way that it is easily accessible to beginners.
