" Hi! I’m Jim McKelvey with Third Degree Glass Factory in St. Louis. You can check us out on the web www.stlglass.com. Today, we’re going to learn about glassblowing for expertvillage.com. Now, getting a second gather is just like getting the first gather, except in some ways it’s easier because you don’t really have to look for the glass. You’ll see the glass and feel it as soon as you start to touch the surface of the glass. You’ll feel that glass gathering on to the surface. Make your 2 rotations, and just like before, come up level so the strand breaks off, and you come out of the furnace. "
