"Hi this is Kate and I'm here to give you some tips on how to buy and sell on eBay. Also we have the international shipping. As a first time seller, I think I would probably stick to doing domestic shipping. International is a little more complexed because you need to be able to fill out custom forms. If you're doing pay pal shipping, then it takes a Java program. You can print labels straight from your computer on pieces of paper or on labels that you can pick up at the office supply. But before you can ship an international item, you're going to have to request packaging from the USPS to get the little custom envelopes and the custom forms to fill out to put out on there with your package. Because a flat package that can be considered a letter is the only thing that you will not have to include a customs form on. If it's going out of the US, there's also a sales tax option. More than likely you will not use this unless you're operating as a business and you have a store front. You're required to charge sales tax then. You will put that there."
