"Look here in my hand. What do I have? It's a ball. I have to see it go up. I have to see it come down. I release it. The round object to flat. Flat to round. Now to make a bigger action, I'm going to throw it over to my other hand and I'm going to watch it. This is that beginning exercise we talked about exercising your hands. Round to flat, round to flat. Dropped that ball. Here we go. First action, watching it. Everybody's with you. Over the top to the other hand. Now, here is the situation. Don't catch yourself with 2 balls. You really have to release it. This is tricky. You've got to be changing from flat to curve, flat to curve. Catch."
