Video Transcript

"In walking against wind, I use a frontal walk. I'm putting my toe on the floor, my opposite hand in front, I push to my heel, my other leg goes behind me. It's circling like a bicycle in front. This is where I begin because I have to have some opposition. I'm having a lovely day. Pushing opposite hand, heel comes down, but now here comes the wind. Now my foot is going back. I'm actually pushing. Then I have to bring myself back determined not to let the wind come up behind me. I'm going to beat it. The wind could take you all the way around. It can spin you out of the picture."
