"You're going to need to know how to walk in place. You put one foot in front of the other. Look at my hands. I've got the opposite hand and the other one, the same hand as leg behind, in the same frame. This one isn't dropped, but it's the same distance away from my body. As my foot drags in, my hands come to my hips and to my thighs centering my body. I'm going to reach out with my other foot. My hands change and I drag that foot back in as these hands come to center. Now, let's concentrate on the heel. I’m reaching out, I come back pulling, and my heel comes up stretching out. Heel comes back. Now, I can stay in place. I'm walking, walking."
