"Remember the wall? That wall didn't want to move. We were pushing it. Back to this, sort of the leaning. Now you have 2 arms. I'm going to bring my chest in as my shoulders go back. If I can actually move this. Well, I could just move it. It could be very light, but we want to have some interest in it, so it's heavy. I make this face. Actually, remember we're not using any more muscle. We're just moving our face because you get exhausted. Then you push away, and then you have to move up closer to the object, get your shoulder in, get your face, push, come closer to it, and then maybe on your third time you finally did it. Very good. Use those muscles."
