"Remember the wall? We put the wall in front of us, but when you're leaning on the wall you want to put it to the side. Remember it's a flat object, so we start with a round object. We push to flat, we stop, and now I'm going to do that same action. Watch my arm. I've extended the wall as far as my arm can go. Now, I'm going to bring my elbow down. My hand is sort of reaching toward me, so I'm leaning here. Then you can be casual or whatever happens. Watch this. Your fingers going to want to relax. You have to work on keeping those fingers. Whatever you do here, it's going to want to move with you. Practice this. Just holding your hand in place and moving. There we are leaning, and then I'm going to push away. As I push away, I'm pushing my hand away as my body is moving away."
