"Pulling a rope. First we have to find it. There it is. I'm going to take my left hand down underneath it, my right hand up. I'm bringing it up. Now, this is where I shift. Remember that opening exercise we did with the ribcage? This is where I shift my ribcage. My knee is bent. Now I'm going to actually push my hands away from me. Then I'm bringing it to my waste and I'm coming up straight. I'm going to release the back end, bring it in front of me, and now as I reach out, I'm pulling that ribcage away one more time to make it look like I'm really pulling. This is the effect. We could just do it like this, but it doesn't have the feel of the pull when you put your ribcage out there. Push to the side and really reach out for the rope. There we go."
