"Forming a door out of a wall, we put our elbow up in front of us. This forms the door. Now we have to have the handle. That's a round object. Remember I'm using a flat hand to form the round object. I'm going to do a little shoulder action to round that knob. Now, here's the trick. Bringing both of these hands together, they have to move together. That takes some exercise on its own allowing the top hand to drag the bottom hand and knowing when to stop. Now I'm going to release that handle, open the rest of the door, and I'm going to walk through pulling my elbow back. I can now come around and close the door. Inside the room now. Let's go out. Grabbing the knob, opening the door, goodbye."
