"The classic creating flat objects. Just like forming the round object, we have 5 situations or 5 little sections. If you're going to create a flat object, I'm going to bring up my hand round. Now this says I have nothing in my hand flat. Here I go for the classic wall. I'm going to move my hand forward and I'm forming the wall. Remember, stop. I'm going to that object and then I'm going to release. Releasing the flat, going to round, and then I'm going away. Five; approach, form the object, use the object, stop, release, and go away. There we have the classic wall. You can add the other hand now."
