"There are 5 steps to creating and illusion. Number one is approaching the object. Right now we're going to think about a round object. You have to bring up your hand flat, which says to the audience I have nothing in my hand round. Approaching the object, then I form the object, I stop. This is very important. Then I use the object. I'm going to drink this glass. I'm going to put the object away, and then I'm going to release it. Approaching, forming the object, using it, stopping it, and going away. Those are the 5 approaches to forming an object. Once again, approach an opposite shape, form the object, use the object, stop, put away, and release."
