"We've warmed up our hands. We can't go our performing without warming up the body. I start by rotating my shoulder, both hands, and then coming back the other direction. Here's an action, and I like to move a lot of head side to side, up and down, and out and back, out and back. A hearing exercise is putting your hands on your chest and seeing if you could be like the doll that goes back and forth. This is a difficult exercise because it's looking for muscles you haven't used. Not turning, but taking the ear over to the side. We've already learned our first technique. It's just hearing something. We want to take that ear down into the side body as well. Action of the side body and the chest, rounding in a circle, and side-to-side. Good luck."
