"Here's another great hand exercise. You use one hand as flat, and you use the other hand as the grapefruit we discussed, which is a round big shape. Now I'm going to try to push that round shape into my other hand like a big large ball pushing. I'm pushing and rounding, pushing and rounding. I try to do this separate one at a time, not both at the same time and keeping my hand pretty much in the same spot. Feeling like the action is coming from the center of the hand. The ball hits and I form like this. Now I'm pushing that out, forming that, pushing it out, forming it. When we take the ball, you're going to be able to do that up and down. Exercising your hands individually, flat to curve, flat to curve, flat to curve is a great exercise."
