"I’m going to teach you the ultimate cool move to break-in and that is called back spin. I know you all have tried at some point but I’ m going to teach you an easy approach to it. So what you are going to do is just sit down open your legs a little bit like you are going to do a stretch you are going to take your right leg swing it. I am going to swing it, I am going to start going to my back, now the key to this is to lift up on to your back so I like swing up my left leg is going to catch up and when I keep my legs open and then I am slowly going to bring it in with my arms and that is what is going to make you sit. So bringing your legs and arms out, you bring it in slowly. So you get this width you want to come down put the right leg horizontally to the floor so it makes like a loop pattern like an arc that is going to go horizontally, point your toe up to the ceiling, let this left leg to the same thing, it goes horizontally, pushes up the arms go out as you start to spin and you slowly bring it in. So I will show you with a little bit of momentum here. So I am going to start get my whip kick and I bring it in. So I am going to do this faster with a little bit more momentum still keeping it a little bit slow so you see how the momentum works. So again start with a whip leg the right leg up come down to your back make the arc and bring it in. You will get at least 2 or 3 spins out of that. The harder you kick the more you spin and that is a back spin. So one thing to do when you do your back spin is where you spin on your back. So you never want to spin down little you always want to spin right almost in between the shoulder blades and your back you want to be on the upper part of your back the part, about right here. So the higher you kick your legs and push your hips up the more you are going to get up there. You never want to spin down here. Also if you use this left hand right here when you do your ?? (0210) how do you push, so when you use this hand you actually pull your body in before you ??."

i usually was standing up and did a start out spin and slid to the ground to get the momentum but this was way easier
