"Hi! This is Lady Jules on behalf of expertvillage.com and I’m going to teach you a really fun freeze called a baby freeze. So what you are going to do is you are going to come down to the ground in a squatting position. The easiest way to learn this is that you ought to be facing the back. So I am going to turn this way. What you are going to do is you want to reach both of your hands over, you are going to take your left hand and then you are going to try to make a little shelf of about your elbows to the mid of your arm and you are going to try to put that knee on that little shelf there. So you are going to keep your hands as close to you as possible right hand right on to the side of you. If you put both of your hands down flat then you want to think of yourself as a human teeter totter and these are you little ledges here so you are going to put your head on the side of the temple, boom and then you are going to lift your left foot up, boom and then you come right on the back. So the key to a baby freeze is a lot of patience and also understanding. So people who are really slow, anybody can do this move. Again it looks like this reach over make a shelf put your hands up and flat do not put the hands out far you can close in put the head down the side the right leg goes forward and the left leg reaches back horizontally and that is a baby freeze. So on your baby freeze what you want to do on the side here is you have got to make almost like a human tripod so you got to glue this elbow right to the knee and then the connection here with the right elbow goes right into the side muscle oblique muscle right here. So when I do this I keep my hands as close as possible I make that connection with the side and the knee and then I put my head down and I lift the leg up and then you just try to balance as best as you can and that is called a baby freeze."
