"Hi! This is Lady Jules on behalf of expertvillage.com and now I’m going to teach you footwork. This comes right after top rock go downs and then you go into what is called footwork. So this is when it starts to be really fun. I’m going to show you what is called step outs. It is a very basic, basic step that you are going to do, once you are down to the ground or when you go down, I’ll blend all these altogether you can see, you are going to open your legs out to the side, stay very forward on your shoulders and you are going step the right foot on to the side, your left hand comes up step back in the same position the left foot comes up right hand comes up and back you just step out, back, step out back. Be careful not to step too far in front, you are just taking little steps try to keep your hips as square as possible to the front so you are not opening all the way up like this you are just taking little steps opposite foot opposite hand back, back now I will show you facing the back. So you are going to come down legs come out you are going to step the right foot to the side left hand comes up step back left foot right hand comes up back and then you just repeat, repeat and repeat and that’s what is called a step out.
