"Hi! This is Lady Jules from expertvillage.com and in this lesson I’m going to teach you what is called a sweep, a front sweep and this is a more of a challenging intermediate type of way to go down to the ground but very doable. So what you are going to do is you are going to start with your right foot and you are going to put your left foot up think about as if you are doing a stretch, one of these types of stretch you really want to get this tort with this width so you can step left foot you are going to put all of your weight on this left foot sit down keep your hands out like this as these hands go to the right, right leg sweeps open stand up. So if we put that together a little bit quicker you are going to step to the right stretch transfer the weight to the right foot, do not sit down this way, sit down as horizontal as much you can whip and up. So think of it this way, you are going to step on to your right stretch sit and whip, a little bit faster looks like this right up sit whip to the back it looks like this. So with the right stretch sit whip and up. And that is the front sweep. So as you are sitting down for the front sweep when you put your left foot down to do this whip you really want to be sitting entirely on your back foot here. You are going to use this whip take this right foot it is going to come around both of your hands go forward you reach up to the front of you open your legs out like a scissor and then jump together, so again right leg is up arms go on to the side as your arms turn your right leg whips, hands come straight down in front here open and up.
