"Hi! This is Lady Jules on behalf of expertvillage.com and in this lesson I’m going to teach you how to do a basic top rock. So this is what it looks like, you are going to stand together at your feet, you are going to take your right leg first, open your arms up and out, step back and then the left foot goes out, bring it in, out, in, out, in. Now the only thing you have to do and remember is to add a little bounce to it, right, so you make it a little bit more dance like. So you have to step out, hop, back, out hop back, out hop back, out hop back, out hop back, arms just open naturally just out to the front and try not to push your hips forward like this, try to stay real over yourself, here to the side and to the back. So that is your really basic move to just get you loose get you going get the feeling of the floor the great move to start out. "
