"Okay our next step is to take some flour and flour up our board. I just put some on the corner work it all over with my hand and just move the access to a side cause I probably need it again later and if I don't I can throw it out. Any ways here comes all the dough out of the food processor and I'll show you how to put it in a disc. Best thing you can do is work it together with your hands like this, use the heel of your hand to form the disc. And the reason why you want to form a disc is cause your going to be rolling this out and so it's better to start with something that's kind of a shape that you want to end it up in and let's see I'm almost there. But you can see its really getting it's really going together let's see now I'm just going to take it in my hands and I know it looks like it's falling apart but it isn't. We're almost there okay that's a pretty good disc right there thats approximately what you want."
