"Hi, this is Rishabh Jain on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I will tell you how to size a diamond. Basically, when you are setting a diamond into a jewelry, there are different kinds of sizes you have to put in. I will explain you how to do it. Now, I have got this box which is empty from both sides. These are the sieves with tiny holes in them. I'll put these sieves in this box, and I'll put diamonds into it. Now, with this tweezer I'll hit the box so that all the diamonds which are of the smaller sizes than the sieve holds will move down and the rest will stay up. Now, here we have got two sizes of the diamonds after we hit the sieve. You can clearly see the difference between the two sizes of the diamonds. Now the diamonds are ready with the sizes to be set into jewelry. Here like in the design, the sizes of the diamond you can clearly see. This is a smaller size, this is a bigger size, and this is much bigger than these two. So this is how you size a diamond and set into a jewelry. Thank you."
