Now, after this comes the princess cut, the princess shape. This is square in shape. Then comes the oval shape as the name suggests oval, this diamond is oval in shape. Then comes the baugetts, baugetts are the rectangular ones. Then comes the hearts shape, hearts shape as the name suggest, it's heart in shape. And also you can gift it to your beloved ones. Then comes the pears. Then emerald, emerald is just similar as to baugetts but with a slight difference in cut. Baugetts you can see are all rectangular from all sides. But emerald, it's being cut diagonally from the corners. Then comes the marquise, marquise is just similar to pears but like pears is pointed from one side and a oval from the other side but marquise is pointed from both sides. And then comes taper, tapers and baugetts are considered to be the category. The only difference is that baugetts are identical in shape and tapers are broader from one side and a little thinner from the other side. So these are the different shapes of diamonds.
