"Hi! This Lindsay Colbus from Lindsay Colbus Accessories. On behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to dress for a date. In addition to what you're actually wearing on your body in terms of clothing, it's also important to remember hygiene. I know this may sound obvious, but you'd be surprised what some girls might forget to do when they go on a date. Obviously, of course take a shower. Let yourself look good. Wash your hair and get yourself together. Don't look like you just rolled out of bed. It's also important if you're wearing like a dress, short shorts, or a skirt that you shave. I'm not saying that that's a guarantee that you're going to do something more with this person, but it's just important to look healthy and look clean. You don't just have to put your hand on someone's leg to see that they're not shaving. You can look over if someone is wearing shorts and they have dark hair on their legs, you can kind of see it. It's important to remember hygiene. Make sure you smell decent. Don't go run a marathon and then go put clothes on for a date. You don't want to smell bad. You don't want to do anything that will obviously turn this person off or make them look the other way. Just remember, it's important to wear something that isn't going to send the wrong message, and it's also important to make sure that what's going on underneath these clothes isn't sending the wrong message as well. Remember, you never have a second chance to make a first impression, so make sure that everything is good to go the first time around."
