Video Transcript

"Welcome to the Gundel winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsolt Kalman, representing Gundel wineries since 1998. The wine has to be fresh and fruity. Oxidation doesn't do good to the wine. White wines usually must be drank within a certain period of time. In Tokaii we say that white wine should be drunk within three or four years. If the wine is a summer then it has to be aged for ten or fifteen years or even longer. And if the wine is a sweet wine like Tokaii then it's endless. I mean you can age for one hundred years and you can still drink it. But this wine is a semi-sweet, the vintage is 2005. This wine shows its fantastic character right now it's two years old. But it still has another one or two years time in very good conditions. So, cheers!"
