"Welcome to the Gundel winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsolt Kalman. Representing Gundel wineries since 1998. After you have opened your bottle. Of course you smell it first. Where is, its corked or not corked. Sometimes the cork is infected with TCA. That is a certain mold. That comes from the tree. The part of Oak tree. But now days it is almost 100% re-eliminated by the process of the cork factories use now. So if you smell the wine, you will have to smell a fruity, fresh fruity crispy, crispy smell. So in the nose it will have to give you the impression of a healthy, real healthy and fresh thing. After you examine the color of the wine. Of course you see weather the wine is a clean. The reflection in the candle light. And also if there is any unwanted deposit in the wine. But in this wine you don't find anything. In the nose it's fantastic. And also the color of the wine is very natural. It gives you back the color of a Tocai wine. And the smell in the nose it is clear it shows that this wine is perfect."
