"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsolt Kalman representing Gundel Wineries since 1998. So we have a bottle of wine, we have to stuff it, but a stopper in it. We usually use natural cork stoppers. Of course the market you can purchase plastic stoppers as well but we normally use natural cork stoppers. Like this. This unit is more difficult because you will need to get a device like this which could put the stopper into the bottle because the stopper in order to the grind from oxidation the diameter of the stopper is bigger than the diameter of the bottle so you need to have this special device to squeeze the stopper first and then pushes down to the bottle because you can not do it by hand. If you don't have a squeezer like this you won't be able to put the stopper into the bottle. This is very important to keep the wine from getting any oxidation. Oxidation is very important in wine making, especially in red wine making. So we have bottled our wines, we did it a couple of days ago. We bottled for this summer of May 24,000 bottles. Of course we did not bottle on this bottom unit. If you want to make wine at home you will have to do it yourself, one by one by hand. Good luck."
