"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Joel Carmen, representing Gundel Winery since nineteen ninety-eight. So you put the wine, you put this agent into the barrel. Of course you will have to mix it. And then you will have to wait for about ten days. After ten days, this clarifying agent will create a deposit on the bottom of the barrel. So you can strife the wine into a new barrel or a new tank, whatever you use. But if you want to bottle the wine, you will have to do it through a filter. So we now come to filtering the wine. You can use a really small filter like this one. It's for home use. And also this is a compact machine, because you can filter the wine and also bottle it with this small bottling unit. But there are bigger filters that you can use. Paper, paper filters actually. But if you use paper filters, you need to buy a pump as well because you need to pump it through the paper filter with a certain pressure. Otherwise it doesn't go through the paper filter. But if you have a pump at home, a normal pump, if you purchased the paper filter, you can do it and it will give you a better result. Because paper filters are very sensitive and they'll clean all the dirt out of the wine."
