"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsalt Kalmam representing Gundel Wineries since 1998. After two weeks when the fermentations stops, if you taste it, if you taste the must, it is not a must anymore actually, it is the new wine and you will feel carbon dioxide, that is normal. But, you will also feel that the new wine does not have sugar content. If you feel this, that there is no sugar content, but you still feel the carbon dioxide you can put some more sulfur again, about 30 milligrams per hundred liter."
