Video Transcript

"Welcome to the Grundel Winery, I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsolt Kalman, representing Grundel Winery since 1998. So, we are back in the cellars from the wine and we are starting, are supposed to start, the wine making process. First of all, we separate the stalk from the berries before crushing it or, if you have a machine to do it, then you can crush the bunches and also at the same time separate it from the stalks. After you have crushed the bunches you can put the material into the press. This is a small, a real small example for a press which is basically for home use or we use it here at the cellar for sampling wine. Of course you can purchase bigger presses that will meet your needs."
