Video Transcript

"Welcome to the Gundel Winery I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsalt Kalman representing Gundel Wineries. And then we put the wine into two, three, four, five years old in barrels so the wine doesn't stay only in the first generation, but the third and fourth generation about also. It depends of the vintage, it depends of the strengths of the must or the new wine and during the maturation we decide which way we follow. This is our recipe, that means that there is no recipe. We taste the wine on an everyday basis and according to our taste we change the barrels and we change the period of the aging as well."
