"Welcome to the Gundel winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Zsalt Kalman representing Gundel wineries since 1998. Harvest Harvest is one of the most important things if you want to do wine because if we don't do harvesting, we cannot do wine because we need the grape. It is important that we cut the bunches in a way that we don't crush the berries. So we should collect the bunches very healthy and collect them in a way that we don?t destroy the texture of it, we don't destroy the berries. It is important because we have to keep it from oxidation. If we crush the berries than oxidation will take place and it will influence the quality of the wine very badly. It will give us old taste, of even the new wine. So therefore, if we collect the bunches we have to take it into our development place where we will develop the first steps of our wine making in very healthy conditions."
