"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of expert village. I am Zsolt Kalman, representing Gundel Winery since 1998. We suggest, to make wine of well ripened bunches that are healthy. So when you do the harvest you should take care that when you collect the bunches into the plastic or natural or any kind of basket that you leave on the bad quality bunches that have some kind of diseases. Only pick the bunches that are healthy, have no disease, and are ripe enough to make wine."
