"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of expert village. I am Zsolt Kalman, representing Gundel Winery since 1998. What we are talking about now is how to make dry, white wine. These two grape varieties are perfect for dry, white wine. But before we get to the procedure of making wine, we should talk a little bit about what we are doing here in the vine to reduce the quantity of the grapes. As you can see, there are bunches on the ground. Because we are reducing the yield, that means that we are cutting off unnecessary bunches that may have disease because this way we can eliminate some unwanted, bad tastes in the must and later in the wine. And also, the quality of the grape and the must will be much better this way."
