Kálmán takes you on-site to the Gundel Hungarian wineries in Tokaj region and to the Julius Vin wineries at Etyek, where the clips of grape harvests were filmed. He also guides you on a tour though the Grudel cellars as he discusses how to age wine in barrels and the proper humidity for your cellar. Our seasoned sommelier also reveals his secrets about such esoteric stages as fermentation, clarification and adding sulfites.

Even if you are not planning on opening your own winery, this series offers beautiful videos and great insight into the wine making process, including tips for smelling and tasting wine that can be put to good use by any wine afficionado.

"Welcome to the Gundel Winery. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am Joel Carmen, representing Gundel Winery since nineteen ninety-eight. I am responsible for managing the Winery and also responsible for wine making. I'm really glad to work here because to work in Tokai, and also Moet, which is the heart of the Tokai wine region. It's fantastic. So many times I feel like to come to visit us, please do it. you'll be real glad to host you and we'll spare no efforts to please you in every way. You will be very well come, and you can taste Gundel's wine and also the wines of different other wineries. And you will have a fantastic time in the Tokai wine region. We are here at the wine, where we produce two great varieties. One is the Hatch Revolut, and the other one is the Full Mint. These two types are ancient Hungarian great varieties. And the most important varieties here in Tokai. These grapes give the base wine of the World Famous Tokai Assu."
