Filling a Raw Pie with Fruit

This is just a thing of personal preference you know. I never considered myself to be a creative person in life. I never thought I could draw. I never thought that I could build things that were neat. I tell you what, I actually am an artist now and I am proud to say that I love it. I'm an artist of food, an artist with food. So is Denise and sometimes she questions herself and I would just encourage you to not question yourself, that you are an artist and just create and love what you do. Just take your time and if this one doesn't turn out quite how you want it then do it a little different next time. It's really just personal preference. It's a fun journey to learn and just keep trying different things. Thank you. Your welcome. We have a little bit of moisture in here, depending on what fruit you're using. If I were to make this with grape, there would be a ton of juice in here. So, what you want, the important thing that you want to do is make sure that this of the consistency that you want it. So it shouldn't be too dry. This is perfect. This is absolutely perfect. This is the way I like it. I think the strawberry was a nice addition, the red. I really like that. So we have some nice colors in here. Now, we're going to go ahead and fill the crust, which I actually probably should have made a little bit bigger, but that's okay. As you can see this is just really original, that's probably the most fun part is you're going to come up with something for your guest or your family that's going to look just as beautiful and completely your own."
