"Hello everyone. My name is Matt Fuller. This is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. Ok, so we're going to go ahead and make the crust, turn my little machine on. And what I'm putting in here are date pieces that I just chopped some Brazil nuts, walnuts, and pecans. Are you rotating between dates and nuts? I am. I'm glad that you mentioned that because if we put all nuts in right now this poor machine will quit on me. This is not really designed that way. If you're not going to use dates, you can use water. If there's some recipe that you want to use machine like this, you'll need to put water in there. I love this machine. So do I, so do I. You can just kind of see how the date nut mixture is coming out. It's going to have nice texture, and not too dry. You can kind of make a crepe with that right? Well, this is all new to me. Even in the last few months. These nuts, I never really noticed or thought about the fact that there is so much oil in these nuts. They really are. The good kind of oil right? Absolutely. I spend a lot of time with some raw people before I got to this place and they would talk about how the oil should be kept in the food so if you're health guidance type person or doctor or whatever is telling you to have oil then have an avocado, have a coconut, have some nuts. That’s my facade on that. Rather than remove them, once you do that, there kind of hard for the body to recognize. Did I just do that?"
