"Hello everyone. My name is Matt Fuller. This is Denise Bennet, my partner. We are the proud facilitators of the Light and Love Cafe. We are here on behalf of the Expert Village. Some people that have problems with nuts, you might want to soak them and with almonds you can do that for like eight to ten hours, just out on a counter in a bowl and then remove the water off of it. There is, I believe, an enzyme inhibitor, which can be a problem With these, there is no problem. These are walnuts. So, I like to use walnuts, I use pecans, I use brazil, those are my three favorite nuts to use. And if you have problems with this then you might want to stick with one nut. That's fine too. So, we're working on the crust right now and we have the dates and we're going to mix them with nuts and that will make the crust of the pie. Of course we're going to show you. Some beautiful walnuts that are in halves, and of course I always buy organic."
