Throwing a little bit of mint in, we have some ginger, and then orange, and some cinnamon and that's the whole thing. Ginger, you want to go ahead and get the peeling off a little bit. This is actually a beautiful piece of ginger. You can't always get it like this. What is ginger? I don't know, a root? I just know I love it. Pretty interesting, I would have never thought of eating something like this but it is quite good when you mix it with some other stuff. It's supposed to be actually good for circulation, really healthy for you. Anti fungal I believe. I have heard a lot of good things about it, in the raw world it is used quite a bit."
