"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha in behalf of Expert Village. And today, I'm going to tell you a recipe which is a totally Indian-Indian recipe. So that the saltwater actually gels well with the cauliflower, the flowerets, the small, small flowerets, and then we'll be adding some cornflour and flour into it. We need to boil cauliflower in the salt for almost five minutes until it gets hot and the salt actually gels well into the water as well as the flowerets. As you can see that I've already put the water into it and the flowerets are just gelling well with salt. And here it goes. Well, in the meanwhile, the flowerets are just getting gel with the salt. And let me just see what I haven't--what I need to put in the coming time. I have flour and cornflour with me. Well, the most important step is to--is the quantity, that how much quantity are you putting into your white table. So supposed as I'm just taking a single cauliflower, you need not to put a lot of flour or a lot of corn flour, because it's going to affect your taste. So always be conscious about the quantity you are putting in the vegetables."
