"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha in behalf of Expert Village. And today, I'm going to tell you a recipe which is a totally Indian-Indian recipe. Just cut it into small, small pieces. Take this green part out. Try to take as much as flowerets, which will be like enough for your family or for two people. You can get this recipe either for lunch or for dinner. Well, it do not take you much time, but you need to prepare hard, because first we'll be soaking the flowerets into saltwater. So here it goes. I'm almost over the half of the flowerets, and here I cut the rest. Here goes the green out and just cutting the cauliflower again into small, small pieces. Well, I'm sure that whenever we'll be making this recipe, you have properly washed the vegetables, because the green vegetables should properly be washed, then it will give you proper balanced diet. So here, my flowerets, cauliflowers are almost ready."
