"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. And today, I am going to tell you a recipe which is a totally Indian-Indian recipe. So let us start on the recipe. We need to have first cauliflower. Let me have a knife and cut into small flowerets. I need to first remove the big floweret. You need--you can just remove all the green part from the ground so that you have floweret in return, and I am just removing all the green part which is down in the cauliflower. Here it goes. As you can see that it actually needs a bit of force to take this green thing out. So here it goes. Let me just cut it quickly so that I can remove all the green part and take out the flowerets out. Well, I need to cut it into small, small pieces. So make sure that whenever you are making a cauliflower recipe you are actually cutting the flowerets into small, small pieces. Here I cut the bigger part which is not required here but, of course, this part would be very good for garnishing so we will use it later. Here it goes.
