"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So here it goes. If you're going to add some salt into the eggplant, that will be great because it's going to give you a nicer taste. Here it goes. Now, let me add some salt into the second eggplant and put the eggplants aside. And make sure that whatever salt you added to your water, it actually getting deepen into it. Put this whole thing for almost 10 to 15 minutes so that salt is actually get into the eggplant. It'll take some time. I mean, you have to give it up to 15, 20 minutes so that salt is actually melt, actually just get into the eggplant and it will be a nicer taste. Now, I'll prepare the curry. Here I put my eggplants so that salt takes maximum time to get into the eggplant, so that my eggplant when made become a nice and fabulous recipe."
