"NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now what I need to do is not make the curry and put the eggplant into the utensil right now. I'll be adding some water into it, because I tell you, this is a totally different way of making eggplant, which is basically a dry, dry recipe. It's not meant for, like right now, it will be a dry recipe; but when we add curry, it will become a great recipe. But now, for now, what you have to do is you have to add some water so that the eggplants are kind of deep into the water, dip it into the water. Make sure the eggplants are actually into the water and then you have to add salt, I say suppose, three spoonfuls. The salt is going to play with the gravy and everything. The more you add the salt, the more you'll be able to taste it better."
