"I'm going to be teaching you the flow and the execution of the "Shoulder Bridge" prep. We start with the body in alignment from heel to the crown of the head. Heels even with the hips and pressing down through the arms. Inhale and exhale and pull your ribs in. Inhale, press down through your feet and lift your hips up in one motion. Keeping the abdominals pulled into the spine, ribs pulled in. Exhale and pull those ribs in more and curl down one bone at a time. Keeping the knees on the centerline and still. Press down through the feet, keeping those ribs in. Inhale and press your hips up. Lengthen out through the knees, send your sit bones towards the backs of the knees. Exhale, curl down one bone at a time. And release. Want to do that one more time. This time keeping those shoulders firmly planted into the mat. Ribs pulled in. Inhale and float those hips up. Send your knees towards that wall. Send your sit ones towards the backs of the knees. Curl under as you exhale and press down and release. And that?s how we flow through "Shoulder Bridge" prep."
