    "I will be teaching you the set up and the warm up for the "Spine Stretch Forward". Spine Stretch Forward is a great abdominal exercise. It helps to really lengthen the back of your spine inflection. It helps to lengthen out the backs of your legs in extension. We start with the feet about shoulder distance apart on the mat, and firmly anchor the legs into your mat. Bring the arms in genie position. And lower down through the shoulders. So the arms stay anchored on the back. One of the important parts of this exercise is to again anchor the pelvis, but have lift of the chest up out of the pelvis. So we're going to press down through the legs, but lift as if you had two hands pushing you up towards the ceiling through the whole thing. Reach your arms straight forward. And as we say in Pilates; 'pinch, lift and grow'. So we're going to stretch up tall, inhale and exhale and hold it right here. Bring your chest in. Inhale, stretch, lift; pinch lift and grow. And exhale. And release. And that?s how we set up for the "Spine Stretch Forward","
